Authorised use
Use only accounts and portal data assigned to you. Do not share credentials, bypass access controls, or export records without an authorised operational purpose.
Decision support
RIAYAH provides decision support, not diagnosis. EquiSense and CamSense support veterinary and welfare review. Alerts and model outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate and require qualified review. Do not rely on the portal as the sole emergency response channel.
Data and devices
The deploying organisation is responsible for lawful collection, correct profile/device assignment, approved response rules and trained operators. Displayed snapshots and model examples must not be interpreted as live or clinically validated evidence unless explicitly established.
Service agreement
Availability, support, liability, permitted use, governing law and dispute handling must be specified in the signed service agreement. This draft does not establish a service-level guarantee or regulatory approval.
