Scope and operator
This draft covers RIAYAH, EquiSense and CamSense under the SenseCore 360 master brand. The legal controller, processor roles, service address and dedicated privacy contact must be confirmed in the deployment agreement. General enquiries: hani@zednyai.com.
Information handled
Depending on authorised modules, the service handles account names and email addresses, registered person or animal records, device identifiers, location, sensor measurements, alerts, operator notes, access records and reports. Human health and identity records require restricted handling; animal records can also contain personal information about owners and carers.
Purpose and access
Data supports monitoring, decision support, case response, administration and reporting. The deploying organisation must establish and document the lawful basis, notices and any required consent before collection. Access must be limited to authorised personnel with a documented purpose.
External processing
The current publishing build connects to a configured Supabase project. Enabled AI or speech features may use Groq or browser speech services, and map tiles may use OpenStreetMap providers. Region, retention, subprocessor and transfer terms must be verified before sending sensitive information.
Retention and rights
No universal retention period is asserted. The deploying organisation must specify retention for records, logs, attachments, exports and backups and implement deletion procedures. Request access, correction or deletion through the organisation responsible for your account. Archiving a profile does not erase linked readings or case history.
Release status
This notice is a review draft, not evidence that all organisational or technical obligations have been met. Confirm the controller identity, lawful bases, retention periods and transfer assessment before production approval.
